Yoghurt Bites

TIME: 35 minutes SERVES: 7 (makes 14)

Ingredients:

  • 400g plain Greek yoghurt (I use Chobani 2% plain Greek yoghurt)

  • 2 tbsp goji berries

  • 30g slivered almonds

  • 30g pistachios halves

  • 2 tbsp buckinis

or alternative toppings

  • 2 tbsp goji berries

  • 2 tbsp dried blueberries

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao

Method:

1. Line tray with baking paper

2. Spread yoghurt and top with toppings of your choice!

3. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, and snap into bite sized pieces
