Yoghurt Bites
TIME: 35 minutes SERVES: 7 (makes 14)
Ingredients:
400g plain Greek yoghurt (I use Chobani 2% plain Greek yoghurt)
2 tbsp goji berries
30g slivered almonds
30g pistachios halves
2 tbsp buckinis
or alternative toppings
2 tbsp goji berries
2 tbsp dried blueberries
2 tbsp raw cacao
Method:
1. Line tray with baking paper
2. Spread yoghurt and top with toppings of your choice!
3. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, and snap into bite sized pieces
